Possible reasons why a card isn’t appearing in your Upromise® Dining Account Center include:
- The card number was entered incorrectly or is not valid.
- You did not enter the full card number of the card in question before clicking “ADD CARD.”
- You did not click the check box agreeing to the Upromise Dining Terms of Use.
- Your card is one of the few not accepted by Upromise Dining, including Diner’s Club and internationally issued JBL cards.
